2021 – 2022
The 2021 – 2022 Blanket of Many Stitches KAL started on September 29, 2021. Over the course of 10 biweekly installments participants in our MKAL made a striped stitch sampler blanket.
Working through four (4) colors of Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash®, switching colors as you changed stitch patterns. Each stripe is approximately 2” and each stitch pattern is a repeat of 12 stitches. Add more stitches or repeat your favorite stitch patterns to make your blanket unique — just be sure to purchase more yarn if you intend on making it larger. Striped stitch sampler KAL knit in 220 Superwash® uses:
– 4 colors
– 17 skeins
Finished blanket measurements = 36″ x 52″
2019 – 2020
The 2019 Diagonal Afghan knit-along started on September 5, 2019.
Our 2019 – 2020 blanket featured 25 squares by 25 top designers in five (5) tonal colors of 220 Superwash® Merino!
– 5 Shades of 1 Color
– 27 Balls of 220 Superwash® Merino (2 for the border)

The Gradient Lapghan Knit-along started March 2018!
– 16 Colors

– 20 Balls of 220 Superwash®Merino (including the Gradient Lapghan’s border and seaming)
2017
In celebration of our 30th Anniversary, we partnered with Vogue Knitting to bring you the Knitterati Afghan Knit-along.
The squares were released, two (2) or three (3) squares per month, through 2017! There were 30 squares in all – created by 30 different top designers 220 Superwash®.
