Cascade Yarns®, Inc. (“Cascade Yarns”) may from time to time provide patterns for download through its website or its authorized retail sellers (“Patterns”). Cascade Yarns® grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download and use a single instance of each of the Patterns solely for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise allow any third party to use the Patterns. Cascade Yarns® reserves all rights embodied in the Patterns not expressly granted by this license.

License is also granted to commercial customers of Cascade Yarns®, or Estelle Designs in Canada, to print and distribute these patterns in conjunction with a sale of Cascade Yarns® branded products or the solicitation of a sale of Cascade Yarns® products. These patterns are not to be distributed in any form other than print, under the terms of this license. Additionally, a commercial customer of Cascade Yarns® may use the photographic images in the patterns when specifically used to promote and advertise Cascade Yarns® branded products.
